But mc wasn't arrested and it was kinda the main plot which you said it wasn't. Mc works at this night club that an old friend recommended to him, didn't tell the ML and ML found out, they never got busted either. Just a normal nightclub where they dress up and serve customers.

The scene wasn't the main plot but mc lives in the same apartment/complex as the ML as well as his two other friends and in one of the chapters one of the mc's friends asks him to help put at a bar where he dresses up a woman. Mc didn't tell ML but it was revealed the ML knew all along but was letting it play out because he was trying to catch these headhunters who eventually came to the bar and tried to recruit the mc. No getting arrested involved either

it’s none of those but the plots sounds interesting so lwk I might as well just read the both of them. but yea the main plot was smthing else but I don’t even remember, this was towards the end when they already got tg or were involved w eachother. he got arrested or brought into custody but the guy vouched for him and was let go but he was pissed. thanku for the recs tho!!
