This is most likely a manhwa and it was about this woman who had a one-night stand to forget about her childhood crush who was currently dating her best friend. Since she was drunk or something, she wasn't able to remember his face, but he had a good bod lmaoo. Anyway, she got pregnant and saw an obgyn?? And also met her student there too?? I think she thought that her student got pregnant and was worried for her. Oh yeah, she is a teacher I think. Ugh I rly need to get into the habit of bookmarking because the hunt is so tiring ╥﹏╥

It is a yaoi where an undercover agent/employee of a company starts dating the CEO of their rivaling company to learn his secrets. I roughly remember this one scene when undercover uke sticks a flash drive in the laptop and hides it, then the CEO seme comes home. They do the deed, uke wakes up, grabs the flash drive and was about to hit the road but got caught. Drama hits and that is all I remember... Rings the bell?
