I just finished the novel. And. Oh. My. God. I started reading the novel back in April after finding out about how it is currently being set up like an visual novel game. I legit was sobbing the whole time reading volume two. I don’t know if you guys understand when I say I was legit sobbing behind the screen. Snot and all down my face. And ever since this morning, everytime I think back about some parts of the novel I just start tearing up. And I was listening to “What more can I say” by The Notations the whole time and I can’t listen to that song the same anymore. An Zhe and Lu Feng I love you both so much you deserve the whole world. I hate how painful it was to read this oh my god, I’m even tearing up right now writing this. 10/10 novel. I already miss reading An Zhe and Lu Feng and their little shenanigans. I feel like a solider at war yearning for their wife. I wish I could put pictures in comments to show you guys how I feel. I wish I could go back to Little Mushroom blind and read everything for the first time. It is such an experience. I am enamored by this novel and I just absolutely adore it.

Mmm, yes it is a happy ending. But his spore is a difficult topic to explain and would require heavy spoilers to be able to explain. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Although never explicitly stated, yes they are basically a couple. Yes he was able to get his spore back. An Zhe is able to stay as human since An Ze is dead but can go back between forms. A bit of a spoiler— Lu Feng did not know, but An Zhe did end up telling him about everything.

Well to be more specific- Lu Feng did always suspect An Zhe wasn’t human but he didn’t know the full extent and existence of An Zhe. So basically An Zhe then reveals to him that he was a mushroom and about An Ze and how he took An Ze’s human form.
I can’t believe it’s been 6 years ! Wow how time flies. Can’t express how much this manwha has meant to me. One of the first few manwhas I ever read, and continued to keep up with. It feels so surreal.

You can really tell the the author has poured so much time and passion into creating happy twogether. You can tell they have carefully curated EVERYTHING and that it would pay off in the long run. The pacing?, amazing, the characters? Like IMG. The story? Smooth. You can tell they poured YEARS. Like they finished everything before even publishing. I have NO issue or grievances with this manwha at all. I hope they have more exciting stories to tell in the future.
They researched heavily and you can tell. The color coded lyric videos. The author has actually produce and put out song tracks and made a YT channel. I won’t go into the medicinal side of the story since I know nothing abt medicine. But the level of detail is insane. I’m so happy.
