The office's extras are Takaba's dreams, but other than that, I think that they are related- in some way- with the main story ( the three main bosses of the story and their traffics).
Yeah, i think they do somehow, remember the extra where Takaba wore a mascot from the balloon guy? Then in the end after having their water-mouth to mouth-feeding sex he placed the head costume beside Asami and took a picture, Takaba mentioned he'll use it as a wallpaper on his computer screen as a revenge. Then it can be seen on the main story that Takaba used it as Asami's contact picture instead when Asami called him at their 9'o'clock agreement time.
