The art changed. In the beginning there was more detail in the face and now it's less. I think the main character looked more handsome in the first couple of chapters then he does now.
his hairstyle changed a bit too, and his eyes became a bit bigger. it's not egregious but it really is a bit dissapointing

well he knotted without consent! knotting can impregnate omegas (not sure if you’ve read omegaverse before!!) and it also hurt the uke :/ I also saw another commenter say that he’s an alpha that prides himself on his strong self control and here he is, losing control and succumbing to pleasure. He didn’t meant to knot him, which is why he’s panicking.
