do you think if I tell a teacher no I'm not sorry for absolutely battering a kid because he has been constantly racist, homophobic, transphobic, misgendered me, and like 8 others constantly, makes racist and also SA jokes after hearing about me and my friend's trauma and is a complete cunt. that I would get in trouble and get detention when I'm a good grade student with a good record of no bad things?

I think it depends on the teacher and school though it would be preferred to tell everyone, staff, teachers, friends, his family, his friends, social media, his coworkers, his boss, etc so the school cant do anything other than to punish him because a lot of schools I know take that very seriously and many other places. though some do ignore it so making a big deal would be helpful I think. hopefully he gets punished. idk if it would actually work cause it depends on the school cause my school takes those matters pretty seriously.

Well depending on how detailed you can describe everything that happened, they'll see your sincerity through your eyes so its important to be honest & don't add things that didn't happen. Well you're a good student they'll think you got provoked because you don't usually act like that. If the teacher ignores u, go to your parent/s write with your friends & their parents what they did to y'all then go to the school board to file a formal complaint. If your parents don't help, you & your friends are on your own. Do your best or what you think has the best outcome / advantage for you. (⌒▽⌒)

Idk how your classmates are being taught at home, doing that is an embarrassment for their families if they value reputation. But if they are nurtured to be like the little shits they are & their parents are okay with them behaving like that, then that's where they get it from. (⌒▽⌒) just be strong, adios!
