I just like imagining the servant know but tolerate it due to their pay. Richer households up through the Victorian era had separate hallways for staff so the family could pretend they weren't even there. Servants are also how rumors spread so fast.

I want to hate this manga so bad but it is so well written I’m ngl. Like this is such an accurate portrayal of a toxic abusive relationship, especially in how it starts sweet almost like a honeymoon phase but then the FL slowly shows her true manipulative colors.
It was such a great detail of her completely ghosting him after their big argument, which is a common manipulative tactic abusers use to make their victims feel guilty, and then coincidentally show up when he was in danger so she could appear as his savior and prey on the guilt and fear that he was already feeling.
I wish I could love it more but it’s too realistic it makes me miserable
