am not a korean speaker,but this was my best understanding of the questions,if anyone knows any better,feel free to chime in and correct me please :)

Q1-why did Sungho hate Dohyoen's injury in the beginning,did he like him?
A- i dont know myself,i think its because of a mixture of possessiveness,obsession and affection towards Dohyun.

Q2-i heard that Dohyun lost some weight because of his confinement,how much did he lose?
A-3 Kg

Q3-Dohyun's birthday is from the end of September to the beginning of October,whats the birthday dates of the other warehouse members?
27th of September Dohyun
1st of March Sungho
22-June (hat guy) - 29-February (Joseph)

Q4-Sungho and Dohyun seemed to be in the warehouse when they were 18,so now nine years later why are they 28? (they are supposed to be 27) is there a story reason for that?
A- yes,its because we cant do proper math (lol) when you are in highschool you should be 19 years old,please think of Dohyun as a high grade 3 (didnt get this one?)

Q5-bloodtypes of the warehouse members,am curious?

Q6-killawhale says its her first time to do a BL story,but i dont know why it reminds me of hard stuff like (lockbox?) ?
A- for the first time,the lezhin competition that we submitted in was an adult comic contest,i thought it would be fun to create a story with limited space when i wanted to draw something,so it turned out to be a form of confinement,and this kind of story came out.

Q7- why did you choose your team name to be killer whale?
A- well ( a drawing of a killer whale lol)

Q8-how did the tailor react to the zipper made on Dohyun's cloths,when Sungho asked him to make it? (LOL)
A- the tailor made it quietly while avoiding looking at the scar on Sungho's face.

Q9-why does Sungho always eat and serve convenience store food?
A-in the 5th episode,there was also a portion of dumpling,but i was hurt because he didnt eat it.

Q11-why does Sungho always wear the black outfit and jacket? uniform or personal taste?
do you see Jung Sungho in other cloths?
A-these are the cloths the boss chose for him to wear,he doesnt have a mind for cloths.

Q12-who sings best out of the four?
A- hat guy

Q17-who is the person next to Dohyun in the highschool flashbacks,that we couldnt see the face of?
A-Sungho (we didnt see him,cause Dohyun doesnt remember him) (thanks to xxx for this)

Q18-why did you choose black and white as theme colors for warehouse?
A-i wanted to work with a picture that empathizes lines,while colored cartoons draw lightly with emphasis on color,i thought that the lines and the food paintings would match the contents of warehouse.

Q19-a question about the lotto or something

Q20-one thing am curious about is the amount of affection between Sungho and Dohyun,Sungho likes Dohyun sincerely and did extreme stuff like this,but i wonder if Dohyun liked him or was it just for play?
A-Dohyun also liked Sungho in his way,his way was different from Sungho's,i think it would have been difficult to feel it.

Q21-the mentality of Dohyun after his confinement must of steel at this point,most people would be scared and despair,i have not seen such a thing.
A- (Dohyun saying : whining doesnt change anything) lololol thats our Dohyun

Q22- she asks of the artist to draw some sort of love scene between Dohyun and Sungho,where Dohyun enthusiastically begs for Sungho to do him,which the author does lol)

Q23-something about Joseph's memory,i think he has some sort of photogenic memory (didnt get it)

Q24-is there a reason why Dohyun doesnt remember a thing? is it gonna appear in part2?
A- :because he lives in the present time,desperately without a thought.

Q26-what did Sungho like about Dohyun?what's his attractiveness to him?
A-introverted pesonality,rather than trying to accommodate the needs of those surrounding him,didnt care about what people thought of him,funny personality? the affection and recognition of Dohyun has influenced Sungho a lot.

Q27-as for Dohyun he liked Sungho's face lol

Q28-(i didnt get the question but the answer seemed to be)
A- its hard for Dohyun to connect with other people

Q29- Dohyun found clues and memories in the diaries,he could have used that to deceive Sungho and avoid rape several times,why didnt he? i want to know.
A-Dohyun read the diary and guessed the intention of Sungho and this confinement but he couldn't understand why he was doing it,but it was hard to escape from the warehouse,so he would rather have him finish the revenge and end the relationship.for Dohyun physical relationships could be made without much meaning, ( this part is sketchy i didnt get well) but to talk and understand is to reject the point,because it corresponds to the human nature.( i guess it means that Dohyun preferred having Sungho get his revenge over with by just sleeping with him a number of times,rather than trying to talk to him(from what he found in the diary) and trying to understand him or reason with him?)

Q30-in chapter 20,Sungho went out to buy cigarettes,how did he get rid of the unpleasant feeling? ( i think she is referring to Sungho going out to buy cigarettes,while he was in the middle of sex with Dohyun,so she is talking about his erection LOL)
A-it sunk while he was driving (LOL)

Q31-will the past be adressed in part 2?(not sure of this one)
A-the parts remembered by Dohyun will.

Q32-does Sungho use the same phone from his highschool days?
A-yes

Q33-i think she is asking the author if we are gonna see a body exposure of Sungho and she is asking her to make him wear square black panties LOL.
A- you are not consistent with the fact that you want to see him naked when you are asking for black panties (LOLOLOL)

Q34-is the relationship between Sungho and his boss a special relationship rather than just business?
A-the boss uses Sungho,but Sungho also works for his own purposes (so i guess they use each other in short)

Q35-did Dohyun have his disappearance reported after being kidnapped?
A-(showing Dohyun thinking and then feeling down saying he hopes so lol) so i guess not.

Q36-why does Joseph help hat guy??
A-Joseph saying : although hat guy seems harsh,he is actually lonely ( the hat guy kicks Joseph next)

Q37-a long question about the nail clippers,asking if Sungho threw out all of the nail clippers after Dohyun used them to try to escape and how Dohyun's nails must have gotten real long if so.
A- Sungho has been in charge of all the nail clippers since then. ( LOL)

Oh and could someone explain to me the situation with his family and especially his father? I didn't get it really :( why is he not allowed to have a phone? What happend back in his old school? And who exactly is Niresaki-san?

Even though I read it all in Korean, I still get happy when I see notifications.....but get sad when they're fake ┗( T﹏T )┛
