I haven't checked on this story in MONTHS and all I have to say is, THE TOPS ASSES ARE STILL SO FLAT. Like, in most BLs there is a little bit of cake going on, not really a nice booty but it's not noticeable to mention in a good or bad light.

But here?! Nothing and it's confusing cause they're so built. No squats?! It honestly feels intentional. You think they're the type of dudes who dont do squats or work on legs because they think its gay?

I CRAVE this dynamic so much!! Talon pinching Sajuns face like, "look at ny poor baby!! He was almost made UGLIER" but its all said with love. An over protective mentor will get me going every time!! (I thought that's what i was getting in Backlight but I was WRONG!)

The scene while they were eating lunch, though somewhat serious in conversation, was so cute and funny. Talon demanding more food and Sajun just going along with it was so funny and perfect. I will say, the boss being jealous is a little crazy because Sajun literally said that's his uncle, but we'll see.

The smut is 10/10, the story is 10/10, the characters are 10/10, the mentor and student dynamic is a 10/10. I found gold with this one.

I can't wait to see more of Talon and Sajun's relationship because mentor (self appointed father more like) and student (adopted son) is my favorite dynamic.

I've seen a lot of people being mad/annoyed at Manny's relationship towards The Priest and it feels like y'all are mad at MANNY and that's irksome.

Manny throws a fight to earn money for his family, never receives that money, is visually impaired in one eye to the point he has to give up his DREAM of boxing, his brother DIES, he gets revenge, joins a gang and is at the lowest he's ever been. Then BOOM The Priest shows up.

The Priest provides him emotional stability, an anchor for his despair, and is a safe space for him under the guise of religion. He's a victim who believes he deserves whatever the Priest throws his way. To get him to turn in the Priest or against him is going g to be very hard because Manny is so indebted to him.

I think its really unfair to be mad at him when its so ridiculously sad. Of course he's not as mad as the ML about the assault because Manny really feels like it's his own fault.

Im so jealous of the people that will find this story when its done. Waiting weekly is KILLING ME! And the chapters are short too so its torture! I'm feeling like Tantalus, in this Chilli's tonight!!

When the top and bottom are just ENTHRALLED by each other (with the top just being a bit more obsessed), it beats all other BL's. The Third Ending has a similar dynamic and it always makes me so weak and giddy!

Their kids are so cute too!! I want to see the twins meet their uncle, aunt, and cousin as well!!! This has a lot of smut but you can really tell the love each other and it's not just just. I hope we get a side story of the friends

I am actually SO SO SOOOO happy the Two Alphas didn't hook up. They don't like each other/ aren't attracted to each other and that's perfect. Some poly relationships are 2 people that just like the one but are still friends. Both like the bottom (Nurse has liked him for YEARS and seriously doubt he'd ever choose gym teacher over him) I loved that bottom in this too. He has one singular braincell who's running off of nothing but coffee and dreams lol.

Also, I know they'd just make the Nurse the bottom and then it becomes so bland, that would irk me so bad. I like when that character type tops.

One last thing, I feel like this author watched/read Katekyo Hitman Reborn! Because this dynamic is seriously 802759 (IYKYN) but like an adult version, obviously. (I will also bring up, That when I was a teen i didn't like 8059, still don't. But if Tsuna is with them, then it's perfect)

The MC has every right to be mad at the ML! I'm feeling a little crazy about everyone being annoyed at the MC and want him to be the Jealous one and do the chasing.

The ML for YEARS have been scenting the Mc to the point where the Mc has to rely on him. The ML not only didn't just disrespect the MC's boundaries but has disgustingly over stepped them. Now, I personally like a toxic relationship but let's not act like the Mc is the bad guy in this situation.

If the Mc and ML had a personality swap all sympathy would leave for the ML and everyone would talk about how he really messed the MC up

The MC can't even get into a different relationship because of how much the ML has messed up his pheromones.

All this said. I still want them together because this is a little dark and messed up and I like that. It's just really annoying to act like the bottom is the red Flag when he's at worse beige and the top is 100% AT LEAST a yellow flag.
