Everybody talking about the sigma, nobody is talking about the bitching...
Or is that just a common abo term now?
I’ve read a lot of omega verse stories, specifically BL but I’d never heard the term “bitching” being used. The whole changing into an omega is a normal plot but reading them calling that “bitching” felt really off putting to me. Like yeah female dogs are called a “bitch” and the term “bitch in heat” is a thing as well but to read that being used for people sounds very dehumanizing.
bitching & studding are old abo terms. Imo this explains the terms good https://www.tumblr.com/omegaverse-guide/798609605280350208/bitching
Imo i think abo fans have to accept the fact that the omegaverse concept as a whole is very misogynistic (and dare i say homophobic.) Alphas are usually buff and very masculine. they are considered “superior” & are at the top of the social pyramid. While Omegas are typically feminine twinks and submissive. they are considered “inferior” bc of their heats & bc they can give birth. AxA & OxO relationship are the same sex so it’s considered “taboo” while AxO is the “normal” relationship. This is why i usually only read AxA tbh, there’s usually less misogyny in it
Tbf I’m not an omega verse fan, I prefer non toxic stories. It’s hard finding that with this genre tho. Doesn’t stop me from giving some stories a shot but most of the time I wind up disappointed cause once again someone is getting abused some way or another. (If it gets too much I just drop it completely, which I’ve done a lot with omega verse.)
if you’re okay with AxA i recommend these two. I read them about a year ago but i don’t remember them being toxic https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/number_of_cases/

Yes, very satisfying n such. But Tei did think about how his purpose is dependant on the Golden curse. So when the blood turns back to red - is he thinking of backing off? I feel like this is going to be a bit circular with Tei "wanting the best" (kids?) for Shalakalaka and being conflicted with his own feelings.
Oh, and the letters...
Also, we havent even seen the second fenrir...
Anyways, can't wait for the morning after
