Crown prince is the ML. He bonds with her over mortal danger, lots and lots of mortal danger. He's still a dangerous man at the end but that dangerousness is thankfully aimed away from Penelope.
Brothers are kinda meh through the whole thing. They can't really commit to Penelope because things get really weird for them - all because of the villain.
Eclipse goes batshit, he is practically the penultimate villain. Unfortunately, the affection bar has certain emotions attached to it, and eclipse got his, uh... muddled. Thanks to final boss, but still. He goes seriously yandere
Poor, poor Vinter. He remembers at the end but he's the one who's been doing the loops. There's a price for that kinda thing, y'know.
Penelope has magic bs. It's seriously OP, but debuffs her charm like crazy. There's a reason why hard mode is hard mode.
The duke remains a sweetheart to the end, despite everything that happens. Yes, he was a neglectful piece of shit at the beginning but he's one of her strongest supporters at the end. Yay dad powers!

Remember all those kids Vinter is saving? original sister wasn't as lucky and gets picked up for human experimentation. What comes back (even during the game) isn't really her but a super evil thing that wants to kill off everyone that sealed it away (i.e, everyone).
Death is the only ending for the villainess is a promise from Vinter to this lady, not Penelope.
