Pick a cat that is in real trouble my first cats mom died and he was still a kitten so I feed and took care of him till he grew up. My second cats mom abandoned her and the person who found them couldn't keep her so I took her in and raised her to but she was old enough not to need milk but still needed constant care...your not making them a pet your saving them and raising them like a kid! (=・ω・=)

I know a friend that started at the age of 6, it's never too late or too early to learn something though

I don't but my bestfriend do and she started when she was 14, she got good realy fast because she really had talent in music( we were in a high school that specialise in music class so...) also if you already know how to read music than learning violin is just a matter of time until you become familiar with the finger and playing position (which is really unatural at first) (⌒▽⌒)

- if you ship two characters and they become a pair(couple) it's cannon.
Ex.
Me- I ship Lucy and natsu, they better become cannon. (My pairing better come true!)
