girl I legit have the exact same problem
I have a few massive exams coming up too in May and I’m soo stressed about them but have been struggling to get the motivation and energy to study.
Honestly, it’s just one of those things you’d need to get into the habit of. I’d suggest studying a little bit everyday, but don’t push yourself.

haha yesss I’ve been writing for a couple of years now! Would mostly publish online but I stopped with that a while ago (I would share them but the writing is SO old and they’re discontinued.)
