I understand what you mean, but loving someone so much and finding out this person you love with all your heart and is kind and is perfect to you but has been beaten and torn down and SEE that happen. Lol that explains it... well im accustomed to these kinds of dramas so to see riftan yelling at her is not out of the ordinary... the yelling is due to the fact that he's so angry with himself for not knowing anything about the suffering maxi's has endured from the past and even up to now despite the fact that he's married her.
Her suffering from the war, losing a child and then finally finding out that she's been abused since childhood plus the stress from fighting in a war with his wife in it? has made him snap and lose his composture.. so its understandable that he's yelling.
Understand that riftan is human too and there are just some things that emotions when pushed to the limit cannot be controlled. So this is normal and part of the drama.
