Reading the comments, this is apparently a hot take, but, yeah, the FL is a victim. Not a perfect victim, but she is one. She had barely turned 18 when this lifeline in the form of a man approached her. The story goes out of its way to show us that he purposely removed his ring when approaching her. Yeah, she did get a lot out of this, but the black-haired guy and she were far from an equal relationship. She knew that it's messed up, and although we don't really know what is going through the guy's head, he's shown us that he can really be sweet (addicting low-key) but always draws a line, but only on his side, completely barging over every defense she could think of putting up. I just hope for myself that I would have more self-respect in a situation like that, though I have yet to feel for someone as strongly as the FL is. But I get it when people are criticizing this story; in general, the way the author frames things is, to put it nicely, not really ideal. Oh well, at the end of the day, the art style is really nice, and both guys were good eye candy, and is anyone really reading this expecting more? Thanks for reading, good morning/night <3
What a shame. I thought this was a shorter reincarnation story. I still have chapters to read, but I don't see the point in getting further invested. ╮(￣へ￣)╭
The reason I found why it got canceled, if you're curious: Apparently, the story deviated from the novel, and either that led to a drop in popularity and ratings in Korea, or it might not have been that highly rated to begin with. So basically it didn't bring in the money it should have. Take this with a grain of salt; I am just retelling things I read in comments on other platforms.

Like what do you mean "let's share location for your own safety"?! That's the biggest BS I've seen in a while. Pretty ironic that your RAPIST, MANIPULATING, VIOLENT situationship—IDK what they are—wants to "protect" you. The only thing he really wants is control. I mean, I get wanting to know who the people important to you hang out with when you're interested in their life, but with him it just feels like he needs to know everything while, mind you, not telling our MC jack sh*t about his life, just to keep him within reach. Sorry for the rant, but it just pissed me off how absolutely horrible this guy can be, and the MC falls for it. Like please, for your own safety, start enforcing your boundaries and don't let him get to YOUUU.

Once again, it’s a bit bittersweet reaching the end. Sweet, because it’s a nice ending—though I would’ve loved a few panels just showing us the MC. Even without that, the ending didn’t feel like there were too many loose ends left. But it’s still bitter accepting that this is it. Another journey I’ve followed for at least two years has come to a close, and unless we get a few glimpses of the future or something, I won’t be seeing updates in my notifications anymore. Anyway, I’m just rambling at this point. Good night/day!
Didn’t realize how few chapters there were until I got to the end :/. Still, this looks interesting! Tbh, I find it kinda weird how the brother is acting—hoping he doesn’t have a weird sister complex, or worse, becomes a love interest or something. Anyway, I wonder if the other CEO could lie to her while he’s in dog form, or would he get a human head since he already has a dog one? Looking forward to seeing how this story develops!

They are NOT siblings by blood. It's just similar to how, in Korea, they call younger men "dongsaeng" which could be a form of "lil bro" but not in a related-by-blood kind of way.
Probs when FL was calling the guy brother, which is understandably kind of easy to be misunderstood ig; especially with the translation kinda wonky, it'll be hard for people who don't have english as their first language.
Are you looking for a good story with a poly relationship as its focus? Well, then you're at the wrong address. The MC is way too okay with the weird circumstances she's in—pulled from her life and essentially sold to a man in this new world where women are these oh-so-high beings whom men need to sleep with because that's the only way to cultivate part of their mana (so we get a bunch of s#x scenes ofc). So, we end up in this bizarre situation where the MC goes to basically a s#x school, owns slaves because, why not? But hey, apparently, this is supposed to be a reward for women with hard/ sad lifes and not a story that, if you shifted the tone and art style a bit, could be an interessting psychological horror. And the world building makes ZERO sense. I could write a whole paragraph on all the things that don't add up.
One of the worst things is, we don’t even get any interesting characters to make up for the disappointing FL and this nonsense of a world she's in. Anyway, I’m a hater, and if you don’t agree with me calling this story mediocre at best, please debate with me. I don’t think you can change my mind, but I love analyzing things and hearing other people’s perspectives. One thing I do have to admit, though, is that at least the art style is pretty. And if you haven’t read the story, you won’t get this last sentence, but to be honest, I really wanted to see what the egg would look like.
