Jaeyi meanwhile is figuring out why he thinks of Ideum as "mine," why he got jealous, and why he cares so much about what his so-called fuckbuddy does or who he meets. Theoretically, they never established that Ideum had to be exclusive with Jaeyi, and that's what Jiseong is going for
