Wait how

Every fat character is either annoying, gross, stupid, betraying the main cast, cowardly, etc. I'm not tryna cancel koogi for it or anything and a lot of the cast acts this way regardless of if they're fat or not, but most of the characters we're "supposed" to hate (Peter, J.B. the kid, the manager) are fat and are characterized this way. Plus having the two fat characters that get infected inflate like a damn balloon, exaggerating their size even more, is quite a choice in my opinion. Once again, not a giant issues and I don't wanna cancel Koogi, but it's falling into the trope of fat=bad.

I see it. It's funny how the skinny characters are all remotely attractive, but the bigger ones are all musty, ugly looking, and pretty much useless. Then again koreans are fatphobic as hell

I'mma be honest, as a horror reader I'm just not gonna read this for this simple reason, so I'm glad you mentioned it. So many horror manga/manhwa out there and I know I would notice this shit and it would piss me off. My biggest pet peeve is when authors are lowkey prejudiced but you know they'd never fix it because it's literally baked into their psyche, and girl is Korean so no shot. I may not be fat but I
still hate fatphobia or any sort of prejudice that is only leaking into a story because the author lacks insight into their own biases
