but sometimes? if the other party does not have the guts to initiate this closure, especially if they were the one who hurt the other person, then there's really no need for this. because i don't want that it has to be hyesung who will compromise for another parent again. she lives in a good house and she can live how she wants to now, it never occurred to her to maybe reach out and slowly talk to hyesung? hyesung has to be the one to initiate it?
If you're that quick to leave a relationship, without talking it out, then there's some emotional immaturity to that and the space of mind to not fully commit to your partner. A lot of stories are just like this. The one is so fully devoted to the other to the point where they can't see themselves distancing, while it's so easy for the other one to just leave and let the other go after them, not thinking how the other person might feel. Imagine coming home to an empty house just because of that argument, and not having the opportunity to talk it out.
I see a resemblance in Ameri's mom and Iruma
I don’t think so! The idea is that probably both Iruma and Ameri’s mom is from Japan~ So, probably, looks similar due to that reason alone! Chance are Ameri’s mom wrote Hatsukoi Memory~ so, this is big hint that Merize is Japanese just like Iruma~
With the whole romantic development between Ameri and Iruma, them being blood related is super low, because, if the plot changes to them being blood related, sorry, but, I gotta drop out of this series!
I love this series so much I bought all the books, so, they better not pull a sibling trope on me!

I know this will be good, I love the even standing of angst when it comes to the both of them but the lack of emotional intelligence (which is given since the Male MC has been treated like that since birth and the Female MC has gone through the worst trauma of her life and is fending to live) BUT the lack of emotional intelligence is absolutely uncomforting.
Wdym boy, nonverbatim coz I forgot, "If you loved me then why would you leave me?" When all the sht you spout to her was about her being your most precious possession (which I understand why he would say that because I love dragon lore). But still.
And wdym girl, "You do not love me and the child." When that man had to stood before his dead mother after he ripped her stomach at birth, the trauma of being called a 'monster' his whole life and seeing that is one thing that can never be removed.
This line right here, "If I were to give you my heart, how sure am I that you will not use it to manipulate me?" speaks so much and we just let it float away.
