WTF WHEN THE CROWN PRINCE DIED IT IS JUST LIKE HOW I FELT DURING THE RED WEDDING IN GAME OF THRONES TRYING TO DENY THAT THEY ARE REALLY DEAD AND GONE
you sooo read my mind!!! the crown prince dying felt like the red wedding because it was a cruel wake-up call that YES, PEOPLE DIE IN THIS STORY. but at the same time not. like, his death was MEANT to be red wedding level devastating and become the kickoff for the story to slowly shift into a darker territory with enough pacing, but that's not how it ended up. tbh,, im kinda disappointed.

Man I hate how easy it was to decipher what Jay's plans for the company and chairman kim while they were subtly hinting at it the whole time but lee taemin's dense ass couldnt even connect the dots properly, which made it feel like an anti climax for me. But that ending broke my heart. I wasnt really leaning with the dynamic of the ml and mc but with all their nuances and past, they are a good match for each other.
