I loved it. The romances are lovely. The kid is adorable. The ending is supersweet.
The only thing I regret is that the father isn't part of Will's life. People plotted against them and I wish there had been reconciliation and he'd been part of the family, too. I think his sister would have wanted that.
I prefer too think of him and the doctor together in a next life, happy and healthy.
