It's always heartbreaking when someone's end is always a "disappearance". Just whoosh. Not even the idea of a lingering soul, an afterlife, a reincarnation, just dieties or beings consuming their whole being to stay and they can't even stay that much longer. But i gotta say, it's heartwarming knowing how much they love goldie. Plus Grover gets to be acknowledged for everything theyve done for Goldie, theyre just so happy
Didn't he have an event where he visited a child in a hospital in his Jack Sparrow costume? Also, I know it isn't unique to him coz there are other cosplayers/actors who do it, so it's just heartwarming when little things (but actually big deal for the children) are done to motivate them as much as it also includes to so many activities which their illness restricts them from experiencing.
Not only does it not undermine an existing "great" character for the sake of uplifting the MC, it also recognizes the charms of how an actor is "great". We get this comparison wars ALWAYS with both awards and fan-bias, as if two actors can't stand equally great in their interpretation of a work. Of course, it doesn't remove the reality that bias is a matter of majority, hence the awards. Also, in both ways of how actors get along, adding the playwrights in their power struggle to work on a script is equally admirable <3 there's so much to learn from the author's way of layering the metascript jykell and hyde as 2 in 1 as a motif to how 2 actors or 2 playwrights are unanimous in their goal to produce a work that is both self-satisfying and impactful to the audience.
More importantly, i love MC's advice to his playwright friend about having a Hyde to prevent being taken for granted.
I wanna gave em too huhu anyway, it's really disappointing when the owner cant even go an extra mile to look for decent owners to take over....like based on how the dog looks, it's well taken care of (unless it was newly given, but she did say she secretly reared it). You've already bothered to keep it a secret, bother yourself to look for owners. Even taking it to a shelter is good enough since the shelter will at least promote it...
But yeah sure, a good teaching opportunity for siha, ig.
My girl has been abused all her life and found hope in him, why y'all acting confused about human nature?
That aside, was wondering if this white haired teller is part of the "making things vague for tellers to keep their guard down" given how important he is. I'm still a little confused about the origins of the tellers and collectors esp now that the guy was missing BEFORE the unification but our MC already tagged him as a teller (unless im confusing timelines and worldbuilding). MC's OG life was a tad cut short tbh. But ig it's just 21 chapters so...
I understand how deeply the duke cares about his brother, but seriously, have some backbone. I expected so much yet it ended with disappointment. Not only that, it's as if the brother is truly pitiable! At that young age, he had already seen his younger brother as a nuisance he so wanted to dispatch and time and time again he had shown and declared his intentions to harm the duke's family...but what? BROTHERHOOD???? You've already made a front of "is that all you have to say" but breakdown when he leaps (and adds more possibility of survival and dragging this shit) -- well that got me emotional, but it's just disappointing
