Butttt ofc we can’t erase that he did fuck the fl while he was relapsing about Sehwa (fl thought so too but just went along with it because he’s a millennium beauty). Their relationship is cute and simple. Smut is pretty vanilla mostly because of the ml’s refusal to hurt the fl in any way (fl does seem experienced in sex). Plot is nothing surprising and the ending is a bit out of nowhere (cute ig), but this fl in problem-solving is 10/10.
It’s not explained in the story (and I might be confused with some details since there are faulty translations here and there) but Sae-ah is most probably Sehwa’s descendant. Which was why the evil god mistook Sehwa for Sae-ah but later gave up killing her for revenge since Sehwa’s soul never ascended in the first place- she remained in the sea as a water ghost/spirit. This also alludes to the fact that the ml and the century dragon both own a part of the sea (because Sehwa yielded a portion of the sea and the elixir in exchange for the ml’s safety from the evil god). Lastly, Sehwa is also the one who guided the fl’s body to the God’s island. I’m glad the fl stopped her from sacrificing any further in the end because she’s such a sweetheart. Overall 8.5/10

Shows Yeonwu is game to Rosa’s harmless ‘prank’. He agreed to it the moment he meddled between Jaewon and Rosa. Rosa of course caught on to it but ig she didn’t expect that quick of a response. Well at present, Yeonwu and Rosa are playing enemies that are dying to get in each other’s pants. They’re even using the mom for NTR roleplay. Rosa also says she prefers Yeonwu sober for whatever’s coming. My girl laid out the plan and Yeonwu bit every bait willingly- from finding Rosa to “What (masochistic bs) should I do so I can get back the ring?” and people- he’s RARING TO GO. This is a first in anything resembling to consent (akin to CNC) for the two after battling their freaks after 20+ chapters. Yeonwu’s more or less accepted his toxic crush while Rosa is still deluding herself as Yeonwu’s no.1 hater. Eh she’ll stop villainizing Yeonwu when her memories come back so.
I genuinely don’t see what’s lacking. Pacing and characterization are both fine in my alley. They’ll fuck soon dw you’ll be shock with what an empty mansion can do + wtf is this who’s the better ml propaganda… Jaewon has the right to be freaked out. Doesn’t mean it’s a forced flaw by the author.
Omega x omega should be mainstream that’s why I gave this a 3-star (should be 1). The ending was hella dumb I wouldn’t even consider it a ‘twist’. Just scrap out the ml’s pov and it’s a solid 3.5 or 4. Art is so-so (Olgami vibes but uncanny valley) and the dialogue is a bit awkward, but regardless of that what most bls lacked nowadays is a likeable mc which this one has. Add to the fact that the bone of the story HAD potential.

Light gag story and cute art-style. There’s no real conflict and it’s not so heavy on the plot. Both fl and ml realizes their feelings early on the story, the marriage drags on (like REALLY drags on), then we get to a half-baked story behind the mc’s transmigration—which I’m alright with since it’s a romcom anyway.
I skimmed through the business yada yada it’s stupidly relevant to the mc’s relationship with the Duke and the proxy war but the wedding preparation arc had me thinking that the fl is an overgrown child miss. It was too much. On top of that, the way the mc handled the og villainess left a bad taste in my mouth. It’s been debunked in the later chapters that the novel follows the og plot line so there’s no interference at play and there is no need for a ‘villainess’. Even og Ripley vouched for Rose’s character despite reading the novel. It’s a bit disappointing since we’ve seen how the mc treated Rose’s hostility immaturely which opened the door to a completely new bad ending—but much crueler than in the original.
Anyways, the mc is okay. Overall kind, oblivious, and a big og fl glazer—stereotypical transmigration mcs as you know it. She becomes more likeable during the war arc as her unofficial duchess moment though. I would’ve just preferred if she wasn’t as dumbed down as she is for the comedic value, but alas it’s done. Both marriages are beautiful but the first marriage has to be my favorite (it was perfectly timed with the war incoming and the after-feels lingered the longest due to Zeronis’ absence). Their relationship might’ve started as a gag (I heard it was some Duke’s first night? lol) but I swoon reading how much they love each other. God really tested their relationship there but they did just fine. Zeronis catching the mc from the veranda where she fell from— coinciding with the scene where Zeronis shed real man TEARS for her for the first time is just peak. They’re just fine and just right for each other. The cutest along with Sylvia and the kids. 8/10

Pandemic saw a rise in good KOR bls and this ran alongside POTN and KS if I remember correctly. I’m not saying this is a lot milder in comparison, but that I’ve got fond memories reading this when it was in the rise, mostly of Taehyuk and the dragon’s relationship. Their dynamic to me was: Taehyuk having his first bout to love and, making the widowed dragon, who thought his heart died alongside his lover, believe in love again. Cute, fluff, and a bit of angst here and there. It’s a good feel type of read, like soaking in a warm bath after a long day.
As a fan though, I can say that it did go to the father and son route— unfortunately. It’s also been addressed multiple times in the story (whether it was the mc’s protest or a sexual innuendo), eventually the author turned it into a rut just to ease the idea of having sex with the child you’ve cared for 10 years (the sense of responsibility for a hormonal teen kind). That’s why it shouldn’t have gone to a childcare route. It is already a well pieced together story, that had no patches or holes to fix by making the mc Un’s guardian as well as his mate. Rn the backstory could do a 180 and no one would question it— that’s how unnecessary it was. The dragon’s coming to birth, why even as a dragon he walked amongst humans, and what made him become so distrustful of humans— were all so put together— just not what came after with the mc. There are hundreds of scenarios where the author could’ve avoided slander without ebbing the dragon’s suffering. Like, the mcs are already lovely characters as is— why go there? Just my piece.
