how do you find the right therapist for your issues?/genuine
read the reviews and hope for the best. finding a good therapist is like finding yourself a friend, everyones expectations and chemistry is different so its a bit fuck around and find out type of thing. just make sure they have the expertise in what you wanna work on like trauma, depression etc
Yep, I agree with the other commenter! Take your time to do some research. If you can, talk to someone of authority — I'm not sure where you're from, but if you have public social services, you can start asking from there. It might take some time to find the right therapist and treatment, so don't be discouraged if you feel like you aren't "getting better" even after starting.
