He later ends up revealing to Yoojin that his item never needed an invitation like the others as he was already presumed to go, his item doesn't need to have such frivolous things as being invited as he's allowed to come and go freely with SHJ. They are, without a doubt, among the most compelling elements of this story. If you grow weary because of the extended focus on these characters, perhaps it's time to reconsider your capacity for nuanced storytelling. They didn't even see each other as siblings except for A but even he quickly got over it, so why shouldn't you? And besides, Chinese danmei's popular tropes are things like sworn brothers or sort of siblings but not really.
