I just feel like they’ve totally glossed over suah rape and treatment of juhyeok just a few chapters ago?? I was hoping the author was actually going to deal with it, bc they told us to be patient, but here we are all just supposed to think suah is being cute??? I’m trying to respect what the author said but it’s feeling very disappointing.
Frankly — if Suah heard Juhyeok describe another alpha treating him the way Suah has and all his actions he’d freak out and want to destroy that person.

Suah saying how he’s been ready to be a father for a while…. Absolutely disgusting and just such a clear sign he’s only thinking about himself. he clearly doesn’t care about juhyeok, his dreams, or what he wants — he only cares about possessing him. first the scenting so juhyeok can’t live without him, then the rape, and then basically saying he wants to get him pregnant? this is not the actions of a person who loves someone. he needs a fucking reality check.
I can only hope the author is really going to explore how messed up suah’s actions are and gives him a proper regret and redemption arc. he needs to see and acknowledge what he’s doing is wrong.
I can read stories with darker or complex themes, and don’t need everyone to be Perfect Character from day one. but since we know they’re going to be endgame and (conceivably) happy — my hope is this author actually explores these horrible actions and doesn’t just sweep them under the rug

the flashback is really good don’t get me wrong but I feel like it’s been so long since we’ve been in present day. I kind of get tired when series do this it’s like an eternal flashback
