My prof spoke about it during a family studies class I took during uni so a lot of how my opinion was formed came from him.
To start with I think it's terrible. I think it could be considered a mental illness. Some people are born like that and some people become like that through trauma or other situations.

What's the best (worst) Shonen/Seinen series couple you've ever seen?
We all know that 90% of the time romance in a shonen/seinen series is just an after thought and therefore replies on the "he was a boy and she was a girl, can I make it anymore obvious" logic but what is the romance that was the best at being the worst?
