So Jiang Cheng (MC) came to this rural town and live back with his biological dad after he knew he was adopted. He rescued the ML's (Gu Fei) lil sister named Gu Miao (called Er Miao), some things happened and after that they meet again on the restaurant and then GF explained that Er Miao may not understand some words n emotions (dunno how to explain this smh).

After he went home, his dad said that he shouldnt associate with GF because he killed his own dad cuz of Er Miao after he heard that JC knew GF. They meet again at the basketball court, part ways, then miraculously meet and become a deskmate in their class. Some of the students disturbs him and he just kick their ass off, after school he followed this guy n meet some gangsters.

After those things when JC came back home he was introduced to the rest of this family, an older brother with a wife and 2 kids and an older sister with her husband and her daughter.

This shietty family begins to fight just after a few words, JC feels overwhelmed and rushed to his room, locked the door but the fighting sound can still be heard. He then thinks that maybe, his bad temper that he always have is not because of a rebellious phase but because he has their genes and he would probably be like them if he grew up here.

JC feels suffocated and then sees the window that cant be opened, he grabbed a chair, smash the window n kicked it open. He then jumps through the window and landed outside, he realized he hurt his palm and he didnt bring any jacket so he walked and searched for a place to stay, he then ended up going to GF's place (the supermarket place). He went in, got his hand treated, change his clothes, went to the table and start eating with them. GF then added his account and helped him.

from my perspective,
He was raised in THAT kind of family without affection nor attention, all he knows is he can ruin people who become his obstacle. His lack of love makes him a cold and ruthless person. His family is even a rich one they never bow down to others n say sorry. And also, who told u that recognizing the feeling of love is easy? cuz u read tons of romance stuff n u know "oh the badump badump, it must be love" NO, even i dont realize i like my crush after few years when im living in a normal family. It takes time.

What about him who doesnt even get love? how can he easily recognize it. He did do a lot of bad that we cant accept but i think he's pitiful, not all people in this world is pure good nor bad. and i think making him with a some flaw in his character is attractive and more real-like...

Anyways this is just my thoughts about him, i honestly loved him since the 1st chapter it's rare for me to feel this...(づ￣ ³￣)づ
