Maybe he could slather the lotion and shampoo all over his foot and try to slip the cuff through. Depending on how tight the cuff is, he may need to force it, potentially injuring his foot. And a foot injury's not ideal for escape. He could starve himself a bit and make his ankle circumference thinner to slip through more easily. But that takes time and it'd be hard to escape when you're malnourished. Sliding through the cuff with lotion might take time too, and he wouldn't want the guy to find out, so he'd have to work on it while the guy's away. And then, if he needed to starve himself (like the cuff was definitely not coming off) he'd have to do that inconspicuously too, which is difficult when the guy's taking his clothes off, doing him, and giving him showers. He could pretend he was eating the meals the guy gave him, but later, throw it down the toilet, saving tiny amounts to keep up his energy but mostly drinking water. If the guy's gonna watch him while he eats, he'd need to to regurgitate it later. He could pee on the rusty chain till it degrades enough to break, but that'd also take a long time, and the guy will definitely notice the smell. Then if he even manages to get the cuff off, he'd need to take out scarface who probably won't leave the door open for him. He can't overpower him, but maybe he can take him by surprise? Maybe he could wait by the door, hit him with the sturdy chair, and run out the door? Another problem is he doesn't know what's outside. So best option probably isn't to escape and go with it because there's too many factors that could go wrong.

So far, this manhwa has been really exciting. Yay for psychological horror yaoi! Gotta say though, when I first saw Sangwoo I thought, "Wow this guy's got some major dark circles under his dead-fish eyes. How is this mop-head so popular? He seems standoffish. Guess his outgoing personality makes up for it. Either that or it shows how college students generally lack sleep lol." And then I realized, "Hey, Yoon Bum has the same eyes. Maybe they have some things in common that they can talk about." But I wasn't expecting something quite like that to happen Σ( ￣□￣||)
Also I'm curious to see how the perceptive police officer with a sketchy past gets involved. Is it just me or is there an evil glint in his eyes too?
