Your so lucky to know your dream before entering college!! I was totally lost when I finished high school last year and everyone around me already knew what they wanted to do in the future, for now am a literature student and I actually enjoy my classes but I still dont know what I want to be in the future ╥﹏╥ I guess my advice would be to try to follow whatever you want to do (yes even being a doctor) and see where it takes you, who knows you might enjoy it!

I understand but I think it's important to follow your dreams if you feel strongly about them. I hope you get everything you want in life, you're still young yet.
