Yo honestly tho I’m actually happy Dayun has a friend like that, calling her useless or annoying or clingy don’t make sense to me. Like she legit offered herself up so they can be saved and went above and beyond as a friend to make sure that Dayun wasn’t being manipulated by someone dangerous pretending to be her brother. I agree that we don’t want know what’ll happen in the future chapters to come, but based on these last couple ones she’s a really strong person who values the people she cares about.
AND she knows more about the cruelty of the world than Dayun does so it’s right for her to be suspicious of the brother without any confirmation. She was raised by people who were pretending to be family but wanna kill her so I’m glad she took the same caution with her friend. We’re all just readers so we see everything but she’s a character, a person with limited information so she acted accordingly in my books

Ya'll....at this point I'm convinced if they ever end up together its just Stockholm syndrome. This is not okay none of it is. He literally raped him so many times and held him hostage basically. I don't fully know why some are still rooting for them or hoping for them to get together. Sure, he might receive therapy and get better and treat him with some decency but this typa trauma and abuse shouldn't be forgiven or glossed over.
I don't deny that he is showing him love the best way he possibly can given how erratic his moods are mixed with perverted possessiveness BUT that doesn't make it any less toxic or dangerous.
Ive said it before but they're have to do something extra next level with seungho before I'd even be remotely okay with him and nakyum staying together in the end.
I read this around summer last year and was traumatized like ya'll it broke me sooo bad, just looking at the title brings back feels....please read this at your own risk and when you do make sure you have a day or two off ....it's the kind of story grips at your heart and refuses to let go.. it hurts more cause of how realistic this story is, how many go through this and how many have this kind of ending with no proper closure. If you're the type to get attached, please have some days off. I recommend reading this because it also serves to show us how we take love for granted, that even if we abuse and mistreat it, we think it'll always wait for us, always excitedly greet us and always stay with us. Since the og Litia’s disease is in the soul, so when the soul changes and become one with the body, the illness will disappear. However, her soul will become one with the body, when she recovered all of the og Litia’s memories, which will then result for the illness to disappear. Until then, she(her body) is still technically ill and will be in poor health.

Nah, she hasn't actually said that she will die. They all make assumptions about her being in pain etc, not her fault. Would they actually ask her "are you in pain?" she would answer "no" and they would cry "SHE'S LYING TO MAKE US FEEL BETTER". Think they are just going to be relieved when they find out she's going to live.
They are making a lot of assumptions, she is just not saying anything. So in a way they are putting themselves through all that without her lol But at the same she can't very well just blurt out the body has a different soul so don't worry, especially because that new soul isn't merged with the body yet so there's still a chance for her to die (if for some reason the process is unsuccessful)
I completely agree and know that it's all based on their assumptions and know she can't fully tell them the truth and even if she did it would be distorted, like they'd assume she's just acting strong. She never intended to stay in the palace but apart of me is really glad she did cause you can see she's positively affecting them and hopefully the original owner also. I think I'm just a worrywart since I really like her and I know she won't be abandoned by her precious friends but I also don't want there to be any major conflict cause of it, but imagine if it turns out not that big of a deal like "I never said I was dying did I?" "Oh you're right, I guess we have no reason to be mad" etc ╮(￣▽￣)╭
I could also speculate there could be complications with her soul completely merging with the body and that's how they find out (cause we gotta have some level of drama relating to this, it can't just be smooth sailing the entire time lol). That way they wouldn't even think of being mad at her for not telling them, even if that was an option. Though this is just an idea of what could happen later on in the story, I don't know actual spoilers apart from who the ML is.
Yep, and honestly, telling someone "so I won't suffer from this deadly disease because my body changed souls" is pretty unbelievable, I don't think anyone can blame her for not telling them about that.
