In the later parts of it,the Boss abducted Himm(K). Showing the finished result of him(I) having no recollection of 'him' with Himm in their intimate moments. Therefore 'him' has his memo's erased FIRST but later realized who Himm was based on his heart and actions. He realized who and what Himm was to him. Then Himm(K) lost all his memo's because of the overdose just as mentioned(the rape scene) the probability of Himm regaining his memories back is high.
