I never seen esper/guide story so repetitive. ML's personality is average. The problem is the MC, no character development thus making his character plain and boring. I mean there should be something or anything from the MC to make it somewhat interesting.
There is something about Ash that I cannot quite explain tho. I mean yeah he is a "walking green flag" but somehow there are slip moments wherein he do something or say something that can make Lyle(uke) feel insecure in general. Or maybe it's just how the artist draw Ash's facial expressions LOL
I feel like karlyle’s insecurity come from the way he was raised and how he was growing up( mainly his grandfather ), and not with just what Ash say or do. If you think about his whole personality throughout the story; he has a low self esteem; you will always find him comparing himself to dominant alpha. Not to mention he’s never been in a relationship before, this is his first time so for his insecurity to vanish away immediately is impossible. But with time, I hope Ash will be able to show how amazing lyle is. I think we will get to see more of their development in the future as well. ^^
