I'm really ashamed to admit this but I can't stop reading this god awful manhwa (No offense Mingwa, I have always loved your other work but this one, this one is not it).
If you hate this manhwa, and stopped reading because of the fucked up shit going on in the story, you're absolutely valid and RIGHT in your decision, and you shouldn't doubt it one bit! You should go on with your day knowing that you ain't wasting your time reading this.

This webtoon managed to make me throw up, and I'm not even joking. The very first chapters fucked me up so much mentally that I'm wondering how people are enjoying this. It's crazy. I was connecting with mc and almost cried for him. The ml boxer is an absolute monster, he has nothing other than looks, everytime he opened his mouth i was put off completely. He deserves jail time. I just couldn't handle seeing mc crying for him to stop in the middle of sex because he was seriously hurting him. He's treating him like trash to the point that I don't think ml is redeemable. I hope that narcissist rots and mc gets to therapy because if he stays with him that would clearly be trauma bonding and not really love. Dropped.

We was naive and but was able develop himself and is starting to realize what he's worth. And now wants to settle things before dating. All he ask for was more time. He ain't leading no one on. I like Cain right now, tho it’s been a long time since the last update so I forgot a lot of things, but Yawhi expected Jooin to read his mind and treated Jooin awful. I never understood why Jooin had haters, he’s was sweet until he couldn’t take the disrespect anymore, and in this new chapter he’s very honest about not fully trusting Cain. See honesty: if Yawhi was honest about his feelings, he could still have Jooin, and if Cain isn’t honest, he’ll eventually lose Jooin.

However, something doesn’t sit right with me. In the past life snippet, Cain is a dog, while Jooin is his owner, and I’m sure the author will include Yawhi in the past life, probably as Jooins lover (or as a cat lmfao). Maybe Yawhi was also a bad lover in the past, while Cain had to watch his owner suffer. Also Cain is the biblical name of a person who killed his brother, so that’s very interesting, he’s definitely up to something, I hope he doesn’t hurt Jooin in the process.
