Idk but anyone else here feels uncomfy when main characters travel back to the time when they were a child and still romance a person they clearly know in the future? Like even if its a “after we got married, he left for war and came back when he was 18 years old”. Cause If its me, if i go back to the past with a brain of an adult and see a child version of a man i was attracted to or simply someone i knew, i dont think ill ever feel like falling in love and stuff like, all our memories together are gone, i basically am raising you right now since im the mature and older person in this position, like yeah im in a body of a child but am an adult and youre literally a kid, it just always bothers me while reading these stories with high ratings yet then I remember that “this character watched this romantic interest grow up or youve met when he was so young, how do you not feel weird about that?” isnt it grooming or sumthing?

True, but then again if it's your lover and if the story is not technically about raising said lover, in my opinion I'm alright with it I guess? I mean what can you do when you travel back in time where you are both children, you would still love the older version generally anyway and most people view younger versions of their lovers as adorable as well
Idk id prolly not get in a romantic relationship with em, i mean i get it i was in love with them in my past life but i died and this is new. Adult romance and kids romance are different too, we as adults usually have some sexual tendencies which are normal since weve learned them and theyre practiced but children are different, innocent and uneducated, not saying adults have to have sexual tendencies but its just the majority…you can find kid versions of your lover adorable but i cant think of “I wanted/did do deeds with him in my past life, i cant wait to do them again in the future when he grows up”. If i raised a kid, previous life lover or not, romancing them once theyre older feels so wrong. This is just me tho, i dont want to argue, id love to hear your thoughts tho.
Yeah I see what you mean, it really is creepy to think that way as well. But I guess it just depends if you'd fall in love with him all over again if he grows to the man you once loved and remember? Overall as long as these types of stories don't take a dark turn with the MC's mindset, I personally am okay with it. While were all crying for potato, can we just talk about how much of a man he is? Seriously? He apologized for being drunk, respects and knows that sex needs consent (its normal i know, but in bl? Jesus christ its fucking rare), takes responsibility and doesnt even deny or hate on heesung about what happened. Almost every fucking character on bl listen up and be like my boy. Also what he did for dan, he believed that dan would never betray them, he also couldn’t immediately just explain and fight for it because of how hectic everything was clearly but cmon, he was the ONLY person that believed in dan.
