I had a friend who likes me, and I did agree to let them court me for the sake of experience in relationships since I haven’t really been in one — and yes I know it sounds really bad but I did inform them that It will be just for the sake of experience and they agreed saying I’ll pursue you even tho you don’t like me blah blah blah , I like their company and their nonsense but I feel like I can’t really get out of it and reject them, I am overwhelmed and I feel like i’m just forcing myself for the sake of conversations. I don’t really see them as my future its just taxing or I just don’t know what to do in a supposed relationship as I have not been in one, though I am not holy i am toxic as far as i have known myself as of now I do not know what to do. personally, i think if you really don’t see yourself being attracted to them in the same way they’re attracted to you, you shouldn’t let them continue to court you. i think they still believe they have a chance to make you fall for them because you were willing to let them court you, but you’re probably giving them the wrong idea. i think it’s better for the both of you if you just confront them before you let this go on for too long which will for sure give them the wrong idea that you want to pursue a relationship with them. good luck!
So, I think you should end this, if you really don't see yourself falling in love with them. By being in this relationship, both of you guys chances are compromised to find someone new which you guys will actually like. You should just tell them truth that you are not having same feelings as them . I know you guys friendship won't be same as before . but its better to be sooner than later. Hope this help.

i actually know someone who had an ex like this and the way she got them to stop trying to pursue her was to fake date someone not saying you have to do that but i think that could be an option
