That's true and I'm not implying that I'm defending the little brother's action either, just sharing his side of the story and in the end, both of the brothers reconciled and got their desired happy ending ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Assaulted or attempted to mark him is the better term. The thing is, this is a fictional world unlike the real world, the little brother was too young, barely a teen, and had no control that's why that incident happened. That's why not many is blaming him, it's an accident that was inevitable and harmed both of them.
