I am trying to comprehend this, so you got Toono inviting Kashima to his home, confiding in him, initiating kisses, and thinking about that shit in one chapter, then next chapter gonna drop a confession by Yacchan. Talk about whiplash. Then on top of that Kashima going through a little sad arc over sports. Are we serious?
This story really blew up in 2020. Unless the creator wants to throw in some type of twist, it has been blatantly obvious that Kashima was going to be endgame. Why are we confused a whole six years later? Like yeah Toono thinks Yaguchi is cute, but that’s pretty much how far it goes romance wise…

Why is it obvious? I mean yeah, Kashima likes Toono, but Toono didn't really show more interest in him than he did with Yacchan. In fact, so far it seems to me that Yacchan would be more to Toono's tastes, based on his reactions and the fact he finds him cute. They had more romantic moments together. If Kashima is really endgame I really don't see the point in doing allat with these two. Author already made me love Yaguchi x Toono, why does she have to give me a heartbreak

I do get this is a really messed up story and it was really sad, but maybe don’t draw the molestation of a child. Like if you’re going to imply a child getting stabbed could you have just implied a child getting molested that shit just pissed me the fuck off.
The story was really bad, but at the same time pretty interesting. I could not stop reading simply because I did not know where the hell the plot was going. The best way to describe. The story is a train wreck. Also, why is there a yoshikage kira clone. I didn’t know what to expect because I found this through Pinterest and I did not look at the tags before clicking it plus I read it all the way through and honestly this was extremely anticlimactic. There was so much potential to make this better but I guess the creator just did not care because this story sucked. It’s like every single plot point was simply put in there for shock value without any thought of the actual progression of the plot. Not to mention all the characters also suck once again there is so much potential to give them depth, but I guess the creator simply did not care.
Something about the story is so irritating to read, and it’s not even the fact that the male lead doesn’t end up with the obvious better choice Woori. I get that this story is not really like a big romantic or anything but damn the romances does nonexistent. There is more happening romance wise between the main character and the second male lead, and we are already on season two

I wish authors would actually fake the obvious ml signs. like put them on the cover make them have more one on ones with the mc, but then either show they aren’t compatible even if they seem like they’d be the ml. fruit baskets did it, you actually have no clue who the ml is in my opinion and it makes for a better story than pitiful obvious second ml

WHAT THE HELL,
I cannot take this story seriously because of why are there two pedophiles. What the hell is happening? I really feel like I’m reading one of those revenge stories when horrible things just keep on happening for no reason. Like every single time anything happens I just am in shock because I can talk comprehend where the hell this is even leading to. When I first read this, I thought it would be like a complicated like very toxic romance, like something really bittersweet when it’s like we feel really bad for the girl we hate the guy, but now I don’t even know I cannot take any of this seriously anymore. At this point I need her to just move to America and start over.
I hate cheating so much and I knew that the story would have me pissed off from the first chapter but damn it’s pissing me to a different level. The AUDACITY of him to brush off cheating as if he didn’t literally meet her because she had to go essentially beg her cheating father to come back home is crazy. He witnessed this girl give up on her dreams of going to Tokyo, because her mother spiraling due to her husband cheating on her and still decided to go ahead and cheat. That is crazy work and then on top of all the cheating he wants to justify grooming, because essentially in his head if it’s consensual, there’s no problem. If that’s not a villain I don’t know what is. GET THIS MAN TF OFF MY SCREEN. I just really hope that my girl discover self-worth because she is literally staying with scum. I know they broke up but I know they’re gonna get back together and that’s sick.
This story highlights my pet peeve with a lot of love triangles. I hate it when creators put too much development into the 2nd ml’s feelings instead of developing the main couple. Like the main couple is nothing burger. Every single update I genuinely did not give a damn about the main couple. Obviously I’ve read romances with a love triangle where I prefer the 2nd ml, however I was still invested into the overall story, but this one was just like gave me nothing. 48 chapters of pure nonsense cause if you remove the 2nd ml’s crush, and the smut scenes there is nothing of substance within their relationship and that’s genuinely pissing me off. Like I love me a good freaked out out story but even with those short freaky stories, I want a relationship especially when it’s considered a romance.
You said the exact words I’ve been wanting to say. This couple is so meh without their smut scenes and even then it’s nothing of actually intrigue cause their chemistry is so lackluster with small moments ig.
