This maybe an emergency.
First, check from which side you feel the pain.
If its from the right side and from ur umbilical to ur hip joint, it might be appendicitis.
Second, if it's from the left side, upper side, it might be pancreatitis.
Just check the area. Or it might be gastric reflex too, take an antacid or something.
