This is supposed to be Jooin's story, but on the author note, the author write mostly about Cain.
Seems like the author read all the complaint from Cain's fans and it gets to her.

Well, hopefully the author can learn more about how to write not only the plot but the execution of the story. Because it's pretty clear she doesn't really know how to execute her ideas.
She drew the plot with clear in mind who's going to be the end game, but put too much emphasize on the side character, eps his good sides, that makes the readers want a different ending from hers.
She portrays Yawhi with too much flaw and Cain with too much good characteristics.
It's not a "fair" comparison.
You can have "tragic" (it's not even tragic, lol) or sad ending while still giving a proper end to all characters involved.
I feel like the author was done with Cain ark when she/he wrote that farewell with Jooin.
But Cain fans keep asking for Cain's happy ending on the comments.
So the PD, want to please the readers, pressure the author to write a happy ending for Cain, and she/he said "fine, I'll do it" and she/he ended up putting very little effort to it

Lemme remind myself that many BL Manhua (Chinese manga) tend to stretch their story with many characters ark.
I'll just pretend it ends with the main couple having two cute kids and get over it.
I love the cute snippets of the daily life stories, which has no real plot at all.
But this, no, these added stories are just.....bad. As in has little to no connection to the main story.
Just make new manhua (with Wowo story or these daddies story) and end this one already

The amount of people bashing Jooin and praise Cain is craaazy.
Did y'all forget Cain is basically "forced" the confused, lonely, easy to manipulate Jooin to let him live together in Jooin's house?

He then trying to help Jooin out. meddling on his affairs, "saving" Jooin from the bad Yahwi.
Then the man who just show up (Cain), suddenly confess out of nowhere, gave no explanation whatsoever and proclaim he'll love him sincerely.
And the confused and desperate Jooin, still not able to grasp his feeling and just want to forget about Yahwi, accept him.
Now that Jooin is able to see things more clearly and objectively, he's questioned Cain's existance basically, y'all mad??
Sure, the timing makes it look like Jooin lashing out on Cain.
But that's after he just got the answer as to why Yahwi doing what he was doing.
He comes to realization that there's a reason behind everything that happened in his life.
He realized that he still didn't know the reason why Cain is here, why he's coming, why he's leaving.
Jooin shares his feeling, his problem, his life basically, to a stranger who suddenly appear in his life. And he's to blamed to questioned that person?
Cain is basically Yahwi, but the "sweet" one.
Full of mysteries, "manipulate" Jooin to let him into Jooin's life.
