Ariel is Naive to a fault. I think she personifies the problems in other fantasy manga with a female lead. She is not only a cry baby but she is just plain dumb at times. Like how can you still think everything is fine when your lover kills everyone around you and everyone around dies? Like does she even feel remorse? she seems selfish..kinda like she believes in love at any cost..
Phos is literally the saddest character. he thought he had friends and family but no one really helped him or gave him answers. He tried to be helpful and was related with trauma and scorn. the Master is kind of a douche for not talking to Phos when he needed it..like Phos has no friends..and Cin idk why but he infuriated me so much. I hate that they chose to shatter and separate him,like- all his memories are probably gone at this point..the lunarians are jerks..like "I want to make a human so I am giving someone ptsd" like- poor phos..
I feel so bad for phos, i literally cried everytime i saw him getting wrecked off like this ╥﹏╥

Like,I get why you are so crappy as a human. Trauma can do that. But those kids are in a vampire infested area, they work for you,and you assume they ran away and are in no physical danger. I think he actually likes Ken and as you can see in his trauma when he was a kid they locked him up with vampires to "train" him. its probably why he doesn't see a problem with it or isn't worried about them at all.
