This whole arc is about lust vs love (love will prevail typeshit). But since the start of this story Saku has no received love without strings attached from Renji. He does get respect on dates, when he’s sleeping, when he’s in public, when he’s been raped. It’s always got to be about Renji…so idk this is more of an arc of lust vs lust and Salu proving himself again even though he had been doing that the previous arc too?

This story has reslly pretty illustrations and all. I am a tragic and angst romance enjoyer but the pacing of it is so quick and the mc gives up when the guy even looks at another omega. In sacrifice: he *SOMETIMES* holds back and doesn’t touch Saku when he’s horny in non appropriate situations.
Renji treats Saku like a dog, a thing and something to possess. I have not forgiven Renji for the restaurant incident.
