Those scenes were completely unnecessary in my opinion and had they been left out, I would recommend this story to everyone I know with a 100000000/10 rating, but that scene really ruined my overall liking of the story. I think it was well put together with the exception of a few things. The scene was not needed.
It was a good story, started off great, but I would've liked more. Like the truth behind the murder, which I'm assuming K had something to do with. Also, maybe it's just me, but I feel like it moved at a bit of a faster pace than when it started. Good story though. And atleast it had a happy ending, unlike Momentum. I know the ending was like 2 years later but at least there was one. I do recommend Momentum if you haven't read it, and it's not just one story there are multiple and all great.

I knew what was coming with Oscar and Lily, but that didn't even ease the pain. Like my pillow is literally wet from tears and snot and I'm trying not to wake up my mom and sister because of my sobbing, but I really did love this whole thing. All the stories were great.
I don't feel even an ounce of sympathy, usually I would even for the worst characters. I don't know why, but I just can't. And frankly, I don't mind that.
I left out his name, but I'm referring to Jiang, I don't feel any sympathy for him.
Though he did get his development, I strongly disliked Lucaon because he was a bit rapey during intercourse with Kyon. I hope I'm wording this right, but Kyon would tell Lucaon to stop multiple times and he didn't. I skipped over these scenes, but that doesn't mean they didn't bother me. But overall, I really enjoyed the story.

Every YBC fan with a brain knows that information about this series ( if they didn't know then they werent actually reading the manga or they are children not understanding why it's problematic) but we continue to engage in it because of the characters ( my favorite are Yacchan and Toono), simply because of the art, and the music.
