I’m afraid that the author put too much on her dish that this manhwa may become an unfinished one or the ending will be very lame or vague. The longer she drags this story the harder it is for her to finish it. She has made NK suffer to the point that I don’t think whatever Seungho does can make up for his mistakes. We still don’t know yet about learned sir, seungho past, and Jiwa. Seungho and Nakyum still don’t understand each other at all, they didn’t have a real talk after 66 chapters. Plus she adds a special story into this everlasting story ... anyway I just hope that she has a good ending in mind or this manhwa will come to waste.
I have come to believe our Nakyum was born with a witched curse. His parents gave up on him, his sister told him to run away, the one he loved (learned sir) manipulated him, the one has feelings for him (Seungho) abused him. Even No Name said to Nakyum that he feel pity for Nakyum and that hit me hard to realize how miserable Nakyum’s situation is through other eyes. I too feel pity for Nakyum, at this point, I don’t ship Seungho with Nakyum anymore. Our Nakyum is not only pretty but also talented and kindhearted, he deserves much better than that but with the bad luck Nakyum get stuck with jerks only. All the good men out there, please come to rescue Nakyum.
SH doesn’t love NK but obsess about him. No one loves someone but hurts them that much. NK deserves better, what he did wrong to meet completely jerks in his life_one is psycho, another is a loser. Noona, please let just storm in and rescue our NK because you are the only one who really loves and understands NK.

Maybe author wants to go on hiatus and leave the story on a cliffhanger. I believe she took time off in January last year, so maybe that's the case again. Perhaps she didn't want to progress the story beyond the certain point before the hiatus.
This is a wild guess though, I honestly have no idea.
Though I also agree that the length of the current scene and the agony is for us to feel Seungho's lowest moment.
That being said, I truly hope for more significant progress next chapter.
