In the book, they showed everything for the wedding. I guess this webtoon is like fast spaced version of book cause a lot of details are literally being cut off and then we got people who read webtoon complain about the story

Can someone spoil? I heard uke sells himself to another guy after he escape and or while he’s pregnant something like that? I don’t want to read if that’s the case

I’ve read this book and it’s honestly one of my favorites. Chae Yoon-sa is not your usual ML. He’s a psychopath through and through, so don’t even try to compare him to other ML. His character is very complex, honestly I don’t even like him that much but as someone who have read the book, I feel like the webtoon might not do the justice of showing how brutal he is as a person. (I also have read the Korean raw webtoon) there’s like mixed feelings. I like him and I also hate him. And for the “rape” part. Yes rape is bad, but that only happens one time in the book. It was when spoiler alert:
Our cowardly Uke runs away from Seme, when Seme has given him the ultimatum before hand (I won’t go more on this but if you are interested just read the book) so he breaks that rule. When Seme finds Uke, he is big mad and also for a reason cause actually Uke was kidnapped and his life was in danger so Seme actually goes to find him and almost gets killed instead, so when he wakes up from many weeks of coma, he punishes uke and even acknowledge that what they are doing was not sex, not for pleasure but for punishment. Because Seme actually makes a promise to Uke before all this, that as long as Uke doesn’t run away, doesn’t risk his own life, Seme wont physically harm him ( this too is explained in the book) anyways that’s why the rape happens. But I don’t know to call it brutal? Hmm it depends on the reader tbh. As someone who have read even the worst books or those manga that romanizes rape. That scene or this book doesn’t do any of that, ML acknowledges it which why they separate for the time being cause that betrayal and what lead to this scene is more than what you can imagine. Like I said this story is little complex and his character as well so me explaining might not be the best. And for people getting scared, please.. this book isn’t like that toxin or whatever, our uke is a ball of sunshine, and he doesn’t get raped by all kinds of men, he and Seme were virgin and they only sleep with each other okay? So don’t get scared cause I know Korean author love to do that, puttinh gang in for shock value. I hate it! So that’s why I like this book. There’s none of that toxic bullshit. Just story plain and simple. But I won’t sit here and not admit what Ml did was wrong but again.. he did much worse then that. He actually murders people hmm

Last time I remember before it was dropped, the artist was seriously sick and passed way, I hope they are just well.. ( T﹏T ) honestly the drawing is what the story shine. It’s my favorite and I wished we would have seen more

There is an English novel for this webtoon, I have already read the novel and also kind of finished the raw for this manhwa but I feel like reading the book is 10 times better. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧ I mean great props for the webtoon translator and the artist for bringing the story to life, however I kind of feel like the webtoon kind of rushed the story so that’s why most readers are left confused like whattt. When reading, it’s 10 times better and we actually understand more since it’s first pov from Seowon.
