Her asking if she is crying because her mom died actually made me feel really bad. I just want her to have a comfortable life. Just because she is different than others doesnt mean she deserves this life. Everyone in this story is a child after all. I cant help but feel bad for all of them
Yeah it really characterizes her, she is someone who feels sad she feels things she just doesn’t understand why. She is such an emphatic character who just doesn’t understand her emotions or conventional standards.
People are hating Idan for no reason. I would be anxious and nervous if my partner started acting weird around this person as well. In the novel he is pretty embarrassed for acting the way that he does. He is just in love with his boyfriend and scared. Cut him some slack.
People are saying this is not like the novel at all etc. But changing stuff and adding more content is a part of adepting a story into a different medium. The novel will always be superior if they were one and the same. Why try challenge that status quo? I like that they are adding new things. As a novel reader, I can just read through one of my favorites as if it is my first time. I think that is exciting
