He can lie and not admit it all he wants but he surely did it out of jealousy and his own damn hurt ego. Like Ian said, he targeted Jiwoo's friend for a reason. If he's so sure that he's stronger than him, he could've just kidnapped Jiwoo directly. Both actions will lead to Kayden's fury anyway. But he particularly chose Jisuk so that it'll hurt both Jiwoo and Jiyoung cuz his poor fee fees were crushed. He would be less of a loser if he just admitted that he was jealous but instead he preached this whole grand reasoning about protecting the Ian family. Bullshit if you ask me.
Just a useless TMI: The rubbing thing that Leo does to describe kissing is a reference to a scene in a korean movie called "Architecture 101" where the actor Jo Jung Suk teaches how to kiss by using his hands and rubbing it together aggressively in a comedic way (like Leo just did in this chapter).
