I think it's because when the ml says he likes jinwoo he doesn't actually mean it because he thinks of jinwoo as everyone else he has been with and he doesn't realize that he actually likes him and he's only saying it so jinwoo will do whatever the ml wants him to do

Unfortunately, just finished it here. There are few chapters that got really bad quality and translation but most of it are fine. Just make yourself through that part
