I read up till Chapter 29 so far so I'm gonna give a half-assed summary from what I can remember lol

The karma that the uke is "suffering" in this timeline is from what the Past Emperor did in reaction to him

In the past, the uke would be openly defiant towards how psychotically possessive the Emperor is.
Eg. He cut his hair because the emperor mentioned how much he loves his hair and it belongs to him, which lead the Emperor killing all the maids who is supposed to take care of the uke

He starts shooting birds that they released, telling the uke that he can never fly away, wherever he runs off, he'll definitely capture him

When the uke tried to run away, the emperor broke his legs saying that it's his.

He kills off his consorts etcetc

Also there's this wine that the Emperor would give the uke, which causes him to "go into heat"(idk how to describe but you know lolol)
Although it is also like a poison, the emperor still forces the uke to drink it every night because that's the only time the uke would say that he loves the emperor

Eventually the uke gets addicted to it, and goes crazy trying to get everyone to have sex with him which causes the Emperor to go into another massacre

The Emperor realises how addicted the uke is to this "poison" and how insane he became and cried

Later on, the uke commits suicide, and the emperor says that line at the beginning where he will find him no matter what

The emperor also just kills anyone and everyone to gather up the bad karma points so that he'll be rebirthed to find the uke again

In the current timeline,

The Emperor ain't no saint either. He still has psychotic tendencies and won't hesitate to kill (duh) consciously but the uke will try and save them

The Green guy knows about the past because of records that he read before and he talks to the uke, to tell him to just go along with it, thinking that the seme would kill the uke the next day like he did the women

But the uke didn't want to have anything to do with the seme and just escapes but fails. The seme was surprised to know that the uke knows about using that path to escape.

Later on, someone that tries to assassinate the Uke by poisoning him which causes the seme to go insane and orders for the people responsible for taking care of the uke to be executed.

This is a repeat of what happened in the previous lifetime, when the uke cut his hair and his attendants got executed so he runs to the seme and offers up his hair. Saying that all of his hair, he'll give to the seme. It will belong to the seme

The seme thinks that it's funny that the uke thinks that his hair is special but he spares them

He dismisses that green guy knowing that he was the instigator.

Later on, the crown prince would be talked into pulling the uke's hair by a bitch(the consort) and the uke's attendant would try and stop the crown prince but the bitch is all like "how dare you touch the crown prince blahblah" and was going to punish him, but the uke protects her by saying that his hair belongs to the seme, he doesn't have long to live anyways, and is not trying to win the seme's affections. He just doesn't want to see anyone get hurt or die because of him. The bitch retreats and says that she'll verify it herself

The crown prince (he's 5) presents the hair he pulled off to the seme who chokes that kid and asked him who taught him to do that. He also guessed as much its that bitch cuz she tried to poison him previously. He asks his subordinates to find a big and fierce wild dog. The crown prince tells the seme that he just wanted to present him a gift cuz he heard that it's very precious to the seme and the seme asks him who told him that it's precious. The kid says that the uke told him
The seme affirms that answer saying that it is indeed very precious

The seme visits the uke, and when the seme mentions about his hair, the uke freaks out thinking he chopped off the kid's head. The seme said that when he let off the people previously because the uke begged him he was already seen as a joke

He tries to kiss the uke which the uke rejects. The seme tells the uke to protect his hair because it belongs to him

Then he tells the uke that he ordered for a wild dog to be released into the back Palace and see if the people there will turn into dog food the next day

The uke panics and tell him to not do it. The seme asks him, what he'll offer him in return this time. He asks for his legs, which the uke has a flashback when the seme breaks his leg because it's his. The uke panics, and the seme tells him to properly cherish them, because it belongs to him.
The uke refuses to believe that the seme knows what cherishing means and that this is all a front and its a lie.

The dogs gets along with the crown prince and the crown prince gives the uke sweets that promotes hair growth as thanks lol

That wine, he forces the uke to drink it saying that he will sleep with him tonight
The uke reacts adversely because he has some sort of trauma to that wine
After drinking it, the uke tries to fight off the seme and he says that he knows what that "wine" is. The uke takes the shard (from the shattered wine bottle) and cuts himself. The seme stops him and tells him if he really hates him, just use that shard and cut the seme instead.
The uke "goes into heat" and the seme starts having pieces of memory rush into his head. He doesn't know that it's his memories yet but he stops and covers up the uke and leaves.

The green guy then gives the seme the record book and tells him about it. The seme realises that it's his memories is devastated. Because all the atrocities that he had committed, he is repeating them now. (so the uke will hate him) But the green guy tell him that the situation is still salvageable because he's not exactly like the past king.

it goes into flashback while the uke is suffering miserably from that wine poison

Past timeline (when they first met)

Uke has an older brother that tries to rape him
Uke's older brother blames the uke

Uke meets the Seme and falls for him because the seme entertained his dreams and they work together towards it.

Uke's brother attempts to rape him but the uke runs away. He bumps into the seme who sees his disheveled appearance and wow he suddenly turn psycho

Before this the seme seemed pretty nice lol

The seme remembers everything and he decides to stop being such a tyrant and thus start his self redemption lol

The uke tries to provoke the seme openly now, to get him to kill him. But the seme allows him to just hit him.

Later on the seme tells him that whatever he does its ok but just don't leave him because it will repeat again. (uke will rebirth with all his memories and suffer again)

The uke realises that the seme remembers and thinks that he's making a fool out of him

also this whole time the uke has this misconception that the seme just wants to hurt and torture the uke for fun (i wonder why -___-)

I think the plot got lost in translation so i went to search for the chinese version and re-read everything.

Chapter 1: beginning, li yu was saying that since the show they were acting in has ended, there was no need for publicity stuns. Liang xuan xuan didn't want to end the relationship but li yu was too hurt to listen. then the story rewinds to a year ago and liang xuan xuan is very interested in li yu which leads him to have a wet dream about him.

Chapter 2: whole casts meets up to take the subway together and that's when liang xuan xuan takes this chance to seduce / test li yu to see if he's gay or straight.

Chapter 3: halfway through liang xuan xuan's seducing / test, li yu receieved a phone call saying that this is a publicity stun and told him to bear with it. (though the following part im about to type was explained in the translator note, but i would like to correct it a little regarding the twink and twinky situation) liang xuan xuan asked li yu if he's receiver (受 shou）and li yu replies no im not skinny (瘦 shou). both the words sounds the same verbally thus it was lost in translation. after arriving the shooting site's hotel, while liang xuan xuan was reading the script, li yu enters the room and apologised thinking he went into the wrong room. and liang xuan xuan said he didn't.

Chapter 4: liang xuan xuan told li yu they are roommates which happens a lot for co-stars because the production team want the actors to bond. "don't be so quick to leave and instead why dont you go... take a shower" (this part is wrongly translated too) it should be "so.... why don't you quickly go... take a shower". liang xuan xuan touches li yu and li yu asked him is this a publicity stun again and liang xuan xuan said "no because there's no paparazzi, it's just you and me". li yu smiled and sighs in relief, and liang xuan xuan said "usually you love you love to laugh don't you" (this part is wrongly translated too) it's supposed to be "usually you don't like to smile". "i don't like the taste of sweat" is wrong too. It's supposed to me "i don't like the smell of sweat". When li yu was showering, liang xuan xuan was hoping that li yu turns sideways so that he can see li yu's silhouette and when that happened, he saw li yu was erected which leads him to giving li yu a blow job in the middle of the night.

Chapter 5: li yu woke up in the middle of the night by liang xuan xuan's blow job and li yu stops him so liang xuan xuan asks if li yu is straight and li yu answers that he doesn't understand why liang xuan xuan is giving him a blow job. li yu tells him it's going to be dawn soon so liang xuan xuan gives up and went to bed.

Main girl: (at the people and students nearby) "Help!" **The students just look on**

**Running across the school campus, she's about to run past a blond girl in a fancy dress holding an umbrella, but the girl smirks to herself and trips her with the umbrella, causing her to fall down a set of stairs**

Main girl: "Ah!"

**She falls and hits her head, opening a nasty wound on her forehead. About to pass out, she thinks stuff to herself**

Main girl: (thinking to herself) 'No... Do not try to ask for help from these people, it’s no use. No matter who, they'll just see your pain as entertainment!'

Main girl: (half-conscious) 'A vampire?'

Vampire girl: "I see. You look like cheap meat. No wonder Luo Yi's had enough of you..." **to the bullies** "Okay, she's all yours now."

Bullies: "You mean we can…?"

Vampire girl: (turning to leave) "Play with her all you want."

Bullies: (excited) "Yes!"

**they surround the main girl, who's only half-conscious**

Bully 1: "Well, this girl's body is not bad at all ..."
Bully 2: "Now that you are obedient, you look more beautiful than before."
Bully 3: "Let's get her naked. ...Take it off!"

**they open her school shirt, uncovering her bra**

Main girl: (thinking, in horror** 'Don't! You can't do that! I must ... I must resist ... but ... I'm too weak to even move!'

**The vampire prince makes a spectacular entrance**

Prince: "Stop!"

Vampire girl: (who hadn't left yet, shocked) "Luo!"

Bullies: (shocked) "Master Luo Yi!"

Prince: "Get away from her! Leave!"

Bullies: "But Ms. Mei Sha gave us permission..."

Prince: (angry) "Do not make me say it again!
Get lost!"

CHAP 4.

Vampire prince: (threatening) "Keep away from her! Don't make me say it again! Get lost!

Bullies: (scared) "Ok, ok! We'll leave!"

**They leave**

Vampire girl: (approaching the prince nervousy) Um, Master Luo Yi...

Vampire prince: (turning to her) "Mei Sha, don't go and make decisions on your own, don't do unnecessary things!"

Vampire girl: (desperate) "But... I thought this was what you wanted??!!"

Prince: (unmoved): "Just get out! Leave!"

Vampire girl: (crestfallen) "...Yes"

**Vampire girl also leaves**

**The vampire prince leans down over the half-naked, half-conscious human girl, caresses her face and licks the wound on her forehead, healing it immediately**

Human girl: (half-conscious) "Eh..?"

**The human girl opens her eyes and sees who it is**

Human girl: (thinking) '...It was *him*??'

Vampire prince: (smug) "Had enough harassment? Are you ready to apologize? If you beg for forgiveness, I'll be lenient and forget anything ever happened..."

**The girl shakes her head, rejecting his offer. The vampire prince stares at her confused and then becomes angry**

Vampire prince: "What do you mean 'no'? It's only an apology! How long do you think you can keep this up?!"

Human girl: "It's my dignity as a human being" (thinking to herself) 'And also my hatred for your kind...'

**The vampire prince first looks shocked, then explodes in laughter**

Vampire prince: (derisive) "Pfff!!! Hahaha! ...Interesting! ...What a complete stupid woman!! What the hell do you mean by human dignity? Even now, you still don't know your own place!"

**Grabbing her arm, he pulls her up to him**

Vampire prince: (lifting her face up to his) "Alright, I've made up my mind. I'll make you my new blood servant"

Human girl: (shocked) "Huh?!?!" **trying to pull away** "No!! I don't want to!"

Vampire prince: (with veiled threat) "Hey, I heard you have a sick brother... is that true? If you don't agree to be my blood servant, I can let *him* be the one to take your place..."

**The girl pales**

Vampire prince: (smug) "What do you say?"

Human girl: (shaking) "I understand... I'll do it"

Vampire prince: (pleased, taking her in his arms) "Good girl" **whsipering in her ear** "Listen. From now on, even every single hair on your head exists only for my sake. ...Got it?"

**He bites her neck to suck her blood, and she screams, fainting in his arms. The prince grins**

((Scene changes to another part of the school with the vampire prince returning to his private quarters, where he is greeted by the maids while carrying the unconscious human girl in his arms.))

**He deposits the unconscious girl on a big chaise-longue in the living room**

Maid: (confused) "Young master, is this...?!?"

Prince: (looking at the group of maids) "Don't concern yourselves with this. Just do what you're told"

Maid: (humble) "Yes"

Prince: (walking away) "Just bathe her and leave her on my bed"

Maids: "Yes, young master"

((Scene change to the prince walking past his older brother, who's sitting and drinking tea on the veranda))

Older brother: "Yi, is it true you brought that girl here with you?"

Prince: (stopping to look at him from the corner of his eye) "It doesn't have anything to do with you"

Older brother: (standing up, nonchalant) "I'm just worried as your older borther. And as the president of this school, it's not the first time I warn you to be more discreet"

**He walks up to the prince**

Older brother: (reprimanding) "You're not a child anymore. Can't you be more prudent? You said you wanted to teach her a lesson, yet the moment you heard she was in danger, you ran to save her. Don't you care about your reputation? How far will this rebelliousness of yours go?"

Prince: (petulant) "I don't have any reason to explain myself to you"

Older brother: "Oh? That girl has really long hair... Did she remind you of your former blood servant, Fu Lei?" (the one from the prince's childhood)

Prince: (stung) Enough! Stop brining up that name in front of me!" **He leaves in anger**

((Scene change by the prince being greeted by two mainds at the door to his own bedchamber))

Maid: (bowing) "Young master, we've done as you asked. The girl is on the bed"

**They open the doors for him, just for the three of them to see the bedroom totally empty. The girl has escaped. Approaching an open window, the prince notices a bed-sheet rope.**

Prince: (thinking) 'That woman... 'I've really underestimated her!' **he smiles to himself**

Chap. 5

((sCENE change to human girl running through the woods after she climbed down a window in order to escape from the vampire prince's bedroom))

Main girl: (running in desperation) "Where's the way out?! ...How do I get out of these woods?!"

**She starts to get chased by some red-eyed crows**

Main girl: (bewildered) "Why are these crows chasing me?!"

((Scene change to some guy with his back to the audience (the prince?) standing alone in another part of the woods, hearing the sound of the crows))

Prince: (thinking) 'Those crows are...?'

((Scene change back to the girl))

Main girl: (yelling at the crows) "Get away from me!!"

**In her effort to keep them away, she slips from the edge of a cliff but someone grabs her by the hand, it's the prince**

Main girl: (thinking) 'Luo Yi??!! He... How's it possile??!'

Prince: "You really are a bothersome woman"

**The tree root he was holding onto breaks and the two fall down the cliff The girl screams**

Main girl: (thinking) Falling from that high, we'll surely...!'

**mid-fall, the prince grabs her and turns them over in mid-air and in the end he's the one to take the brunt of the fall, her landing on top of him**

Prince: (on the ground, at the bottom of the cliff, with her on top of him) "Get off! You idiot woman!"

**she notices blood on her hand, from how he's bleeding profusely**

Main girl: (looking at his blood on her hand, thinking) 'So vampires can also bleed...'

Prince: (getting up, thinking to himself) 'Damn it! This much blood loss is going to affect my self-healing!' **out loud to the girl** "Go away!"

Main girl: "WHy did you save me?"

Prince: "Leave! In my current state, I can't guarantee I won't attack you and end up taking all of your blood! ...Unless you want to die, go somewhere else and find some place to hide!"

Main girl: "WHy did you save me..."

Prince: "Huh??"

Main girl: "Never mind" **uncovering her shoulder** "Go on, take it. If I find I can't bear it, I'll try to push you away..." (to herself) 'I'd rather die than own a demon any favors!'

Prince: "Eh, I really don't get you... A while ago you wanted to escape, and now you don't want to leave even if you die." **grabs her and pushes her onto the ground** "Are you that desperate for me to bite you?! Was your disgusted attitude from before all just an act??"

Main girl: "Hey! Watch out for your wound!"

Prince: "I don't need your fake shows of concern! They're nothing but lies!" **getting suggestive and lewd** "...It's better to hurry up, right?" **Touching her all over** "Is it here?
...Or rather here? ...Pick the part of your body where you want me to pleasure you..."

Main girl (thinking): '...Why is this happening? I only wanted to escape from this guy so I could go back to my brother... But now, what am I doing?' **out loud to the prince** "If it's only my blood that you want, why are you also doing this??"

Prince: "A toy like you should be physically compatible with her owner, in order to please him"

Main girl: "I'm not a toy!"

Prince: (pressing his face against her thigh) "Is this a warm welcome? You really are some lusty bitch!"

Main girl (thinking): 'I made a mistake... I shouldn't have tried to be understanding just because he showed a bit of weakness... I'm sorry, little brother... Just wait a bit more, your sister will soon go to pick you up'

((Scene changes to some time later. The prince and the girl are still at the bottom of the cliff, him hugging her and keeping her seated on his lap))

Main girl: "Why? Why did you not take my blood in the end?" (to herself) 'And not only that. He also used his power to heal all my wounds'

Prince: "This guy will do what he wants. Besides you must feel pretty humiliated for owning me another favour"

Main girl: (angry) "Let go of me! Let me up!"

Prince: "No way. Stay still. I don't want to waste any energy in chasing after you"

Main girl: (angry) "Is it so much fun to tease someone?"

Prince: "Lots of fun."

Main girl: "Let go!"

Prince: "What's going to change even if I do that? For the rest of your life, you won't get free from my games until death..."

Main girl (shaking, thinking): 'Why did it have to be me? What does he want from me?'

((Scene change to some guy in a cloak, with his face hidden under a hood, watching the two of them. He may or may not be the prince's older brother, but he looks just like the vampire that killed the main girl's parents when she was a child))

Hooded guy: (amused) "Oh... this time, it looks like this toy will be more fun to play with." **turns to leave** "It really makes me curious..."
