Middle school girl is severely injured in accident but shady hospital takes her brain (seeing as she doesn't have any family connections left and they can just use her for experimenting), hospital is run by a family with a weird unexplained siscon (he likes the younger bro's wife) and random dad? younger bro is innocent though and just wants to save his patients. Then theres younger bro's deceased wife's bro who is still alive and married to a nurse of the hospital and both of them eventually adopt one of the test tube babies who for some reason has an adult body but is mentally 8 years old.
As for Waterpon (mizupon?? whatever his actual name was) is part of an undercover association that helped to fight against older bro's lackey's (those lackeys turned on him in the end anyways) and the guy who jumped earlier and was saved by mizupon.. uhh honestly no clue about him but I assume he used to be classmates with the younger bro & some girl classmate of theirs who made like one appearance in a yearbook early on lmao.
the characters are written pretty realistically so far from their personality/outlooks/ & interactions! I'm not personally a fan of big buff men though but I admit the story is really nice ;w;!!
I'm also surprised to read about how a large number of Tagame Gengoroh's other works are... quite unsafe for work... but I hope this will stay safe ;w;"...

scary, art is a lil inconsistant but not too bad, & some pacing is a lil wack but good story though.
No he didn't. Anzai says in page 15 "Why do I wan't to help her meet with Akimura" so I'm guessing he's still arrested or something.

ch 37 was a game changer for me oh man :x.. I'm now tied between who to root for in the end DX...
Art was good, story was dark & had potential but the way things ended, feels way too open.
Possible spoilers(but its only 2 chapters so do I need this..):
