Have you tried "Jigoku Yuki Bus" by Meiji Kanako? A very under-rated & under-appreciated yaoi IMO, with an extremely caring Seme. I just love how he thinks about the littlest everyday details concerning the uke & takes care of him. I also found a few aspects of the story quite realistic. Although some get repelled by the artwork, I personally loved it!

It's just that I am a huge fan of dark psychological twisted mangas. And I have seen many other people liking them too, but the level of tolerence/disturbance differs from person to person. So, I thought why not compile them in such a way that will help them avoid the stuff they don't like. For example, people who don't like mangas with child abuse can just skip them.
